The successful applicant will be a highly motivated self-starter, computer literate, and possess a strong work ethic. No previous appraising experience is necessary. Applicants must have successfully completed AIC 101, BUSI 330, and be a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada with E & O Insurance in place prior to the commencement of work.
